At The Finish Foundation, we believe that every young person deserves the tools to succeed, no matter their background. Founded to address the critical gaps in education, job readiness, and life skills for Baltimore’s underserved youth, we provide holistic support to help them build sustainable futures.

Through partnerships with the Department of Social Services (DSS), Maryland Office of Employment Development, and Baltimore Police Department (BPD), we ensure that at-risk youth, foster youth, and justice-involved young adults have access to opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have.
